What the New Solution Machines means to International Foam Solutions, the customers and the shareholders. It means that we now have the ability to increase sales by adding larger and faster reduction machines which will reduce Polystyrene eight (8) times faster than any previous machines used by IFS. The question, "Can Polygel be made fast enough?" has been a concern to several prospects interested in Styro Solve Recycling Center joint ventures. Recycling centers using the new equipment will be able to process a substantially higher volume of EPS. The original Styro Solve Recycling System sold for $2.5 million and has maximum output capacity of 7.2 million pounds of polystyrene beads per year. The ability to reduce 4,000 pounds per hour working only 12 hours per day will produce 16.8 million pounds of polystyrene beads per year at increase expenditure to a recycling center of only $400,000.

Currently, orders for three (3) Solutions Machine are being negotiated. Two of the units are the SM3500 and one is the new Solution unit priced at $59,995. Along with the three machines the customers will be ordering four (4) Fifty five gallon drums of Styro Solve for each machine. These orders represent sales in excess of $128,000.  Sales of additional Styro Solve to these customers should be about 310 Drums per month with a return of Polygel of up to 495 Metric Tons per month.

Just one Styro Solve Recycling line can now produce 495 Metric Tons a month of polystyrene beads. IFS  has already received orders for all of the beads we can produce at prices ranging from .45 to .79 per pound. Sale of the the 17.325 million pounds produced by a recycling center should therefore produce revenues from  $7.7 to $13.7 million.

The equipment for the complete Styro Solve Recycling Line takes about six (6) months to produce.

The IFS demonstration of polystyrene recycling held in Kentucky in April has generated a great deal of interest in the Styro Solve System ™.  We have received several inquires for much larger capacity Solution Machines than IFS has offered in the past.  As a result we have been in contact with several companies that manufacture larger machines.  These  machines are able to grind EPS at a rate that exceeds 4,000 pounds per hour.  We plan to include machines of this type in the Solution Machine product line instead of manufacturing them ourselves.

These new
Solution Machines™ will allow our partners to recycle larger volumes per hour which translates into larger profits. An 8 hour shift will be able to  reduce 32,000 pounds of EPS or 11.2 Million pounds per year. This is a significant increase over the previous capacity of 7 million pounds per year. The resulting profit margin of a recycling center increases from 47% to over 62%.

The demonstration held at Berstorff Corporation in Florence, Kentucky on April 20th and 21st was very successful.  Everyone who attended was impressed with the patented and patent pending
Styro Solve System ™.  The demonstration showed the reduced polystyrene, known as polygel, being turned back into a saleable polystyrene bead.  A presentation of the environmental benefits of recycling was presented  before the demonstration and Harvey Katz, President if IFS, made a presentation of the financial benefits of the Styro Solve System afterwards.

The recycled bead produced at the demonstration drew favorable comments from all the attendees.  The attendees represented major companies interested in polystyrene recycling not only from the US but from other countries as well.  IFS was pleased to have such interest shown.  One of the attendees commented that IFS has finally shown the complete system needed for profitable polystyrene recycling.  Everyone received a small sample of the beads along with IFS tee shirts and key chains to take home.

Everyone one at Berstoff was very helpful explaining the machine and answering questions.  We would especially like to thank Reiner Bunnenberg, Vice-President of Berstorff and Martin Mack, Vice-President of Research and Development for their participation and hospitality.  Berstorff is a major manufacturer of plastic industry machinery. Their  research department has been very helpful during the development of our system.

Confidentiality Agreements were signed and we expect to enter into full contracts in the near future.

A video was shot during the demonstration and we expect to make a DVD available to potential customers in the near future.

Boca Raton  Trans Global Environmental Group, Inc, in conjunction with International Foam Solutions, Inc. will be showcasing the innovative Styro Solve System
™; the world’s most advanced  system for safe, efficient, economical and practical recycling of polystyrene waste, at the facilities of Berstorff Corporation in Florence, Kentucky on April 20 and 21, 2005

Over 35 corporations, including Fortune 500, and international companies ranging from Asia to Wales have been invited for a first-hand demonstration of this patent pending, exciting, and innovative recycling method.

The Styro Solve System™ uses a biodegradable and environmentally safe liquid called Styro Solve™ that reduces the volume of polystyrene directly on-site in various size machines called the Solution Machine™. The reduced polystyrene, known as "polygel", can then be processed into a saleable bead, flake or chip that can be used by re-converters to make new products The machines can be used in the agricultural, food service and packaging industries.  Polystyrene usage in the United States exceeds 15 million metric tons annually.

This demonstration is sure to convince attendees of the environmental and economical attributes of the Styro Solve System™.
