Buying Information The Solution Machine is available in 3 models: SM1100, SM2200 and SM3500. First you will need to determine your need. This is based on number of meals served and the flow of the cafeteria. For small cafeterias in which individuals participate in the trash disposal process the SM1100 is suitable. For areas in which a collection process is utilized the SM2200 is best. The SM3300/3500 is for very large users or industrial use. The next thing to consider is the trash haulage costs. IFS can assist you in determining the proper size of the machine. We will need the number of meals served per day, how many items are polystyrene (determined by the number 6 on the bottom of the item), your trash haulage costs and the flow of the cafeteria. You will also need to arrange for temporary storage of the resulting polygel. This is best done in 4 drums, either steel or fiber. The amount of Styro Solve is also determined by the number of meals served per day. There are several ways to purchase the Styro Solve System. One is an outright purchase of the machine and solution. Another is a Five Year Supply Agreement. In the 5 year agreement your minimum use of the Styro Solve is determined and the Solution Machine is included for no charge. Monthly shipments of Styro Solve is continued throughout the 5 year agreement. Use of Styro Solve over and above the minimum agreement is invoiced at the regular price in effect at the time of order. All orders must be accompanied by a Purchase Order. All freight is extra. Terms on purchases: 30 days with credit approval, finance charges apply on overdue accounts. Customer is responsible for all maintenance and repair costs. IFS will make sure your custodian and maintenance personnel are fully instructed in how to care for the machine. IFS will also speak with the cafeteria personnel to assure they understand the process. Posters and handouts are also available. For further details please contact us.
